Our intensive one-week Open Water Swimming Camp is 5 lessons in 5 days.

Our camps are suitable for beginner/intermediate swimmers.

This camp is for you if you:

  • are new to open water swimming but can float
  • have a knowledge of breastroke basics or maybe finished our Swimming 101 before
  • want to learn how to swim safely in open water
  • want to start learning Front Crawl / Freestyle

The swimming instructors tailor the course material to  everyone’s individual needs. We will make individual plans during the first lesson that we can stick to for the rest of the camp.

Each lesson will cover the basics of safe swimming in the open water starting with land exercises before we jump in the water and begin each lesson. As the week progresses you will build your confidence in the water and learn the front crawl technique.
