The coaches will adjust the exercises and techniques taught in the course. But no matter what your level, you’ll become more confident and have fun swimming in the open water.

Advanced swimmers will work on developing speed and increasing endurance, swimming distances of at least 1.5 km each session.

I did this course this year (the one that took place in July). I already knew how to swim, and I always wanted to try open water swimming, but I always considered as something for very advanced people.
This course taught me the open water basics (technique, and especially security and safety, etc), and helped me to gain more confidence to swim open waters on my own.
It is worth it, since swimming in open water is a very cool activity!
