Learn how to swim – spring 2017

We are happy to offer our spring courses in collaboration with Haga Health Club. Located in beautiful Hagaparken it’s a little fitness paradise. A warm(+29C) pool with both shallow and deep ends is perfect for beginners. Soft lighting, relaxing music, no kids and no fuss. Only you and the water. And our best coaches of course.

We train for 3-4 intensive weeks  in small groups of 3-4 people. 

Courses schedule

“First time in the pool”, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 18:00, start 18th May– [beginners-may]

2450 SEK per person

3-4 people in the group

6 classes total, twice per week

The goal is to swim across the whole 20m pool using breaststroke by the end of the course. There are no prerequisites except desire to learn and discipline: don’t skip your lessons!


“Yes I can swim”, Tuesdays OR Thursdays, 19:00, start 18th May– [continuation-may] – this is if you can swim(taken the first course), but need to be more confident with technique,speed etc of breaststroke, This course also prepares you for crawl.

1200 SEK per person

3-4 people in the group

3 classes total, once per week


 “Let’s do crawl” Sundays 11:30, start 20th May – [crawl-may] – crawl course for beginners with ambitions for open water races or just having fun

1600 SEK per person

3-4 people in the group

4 classes total, once per week

Haga Health Club is also offering to boost your fitness by land training with a professional PT for 300 SEK per hour.


P.S: 150 SEK entrance fee is not included in the prices.
