Swimming school for adults at Haga Health Club

This spring and summer we are training aspiring swimmers at a SPA. It has been amazing. Haga Health Club is located at the Raddison Blue Royal Park Hotel in Hagaparken and is a a very nice place for a beginner swimmer. The water in the pool is warm, it is not too deep and after a swimming session you can spoil yourself in the sauna or just relax by the pool eating fruit or an ecological lunch provided by the club.

Because of the luxury standard our prices had to be higher than usual and we understand that not everyone got to participate. We are working hard to find something that will work for more people. But, I think, people who decided to join us didn’t regret for a minute.

In small groups students progress faster and the atmosphere helped them relax.

  1. Hi

I am writing in regards to classes available for adults

I can swim breast stroke and cover 20-25 m using breast stroke. I can also swim free style but cannot swim more than 10m. I’m looking to learn free style so I can swim a minimum of 50m.

Do you have any specific classes. Don’t mind 121 as well.

  9. Hi

I do not know how to swim at all and afraid of water, would you recomend group beginner class or PT? If PT, do you have class over weekend?

    Thanks

    1. Dear Irene, we have answered you via mail, but we would like to confirm that we work with people in similar situations, so the group will work too. PT are more flexible and maybe more focused on your particular needs and results. But the both options work fine! You are welcome!
